 Libertaris publishing began as a singular project in October of 2006. Dr. Cathers had located Simone Linschoten through a mutual friend to publish two of his upcoming books. Once the two began work on Dr. Cathers materials, they found they had a mutual fondness for freedom; consequently financial freedom and freedom of speech. Dr. Cathers then approached Simone about beginning a publishing firm as business partners and the two launched Libertaris Publishing in Los Angeles in January of 2007. Libertaris immediately gained large subsidiary clients and opened an additional office in London in October, 2007.  Dr. Robert Cathers and Simone Linschoten This quickly growing company has now agreed to re-launch Chord Music Magazine worldwide, as well as assist several other small publications and authors. As Dr. Cathers states, "We are in the business of creating freedom for the author and reader alike. If the author's words free people's minds and ideas, we will publish them."
