I would like to welcome you to a place of freedom and intimacy with God. The name, “Soaring Ministries” was birthed out of a vision God gave me many years ago concerning the scepter of righteousness referenced in Hebrews 1:8:

S- Scepter

O-of

A-Authority

R- Righteousness

I-i

N-n

G- God

  What was revealed to me in that Vision was that Christians had authority over demonic powers through this scepter of righteousness. At the time, I didn’t even know what the word, “righteousness” meant. I soon came to find out that righteousness means, “Our right standing with God.” As in the days of Martin Luther, many people were preaching works of the law and the flesh to gain favor with God, instead of simple faith in Jesus Christ. In reality, the reason the devil had dominion over people was because they did not walk in a righteousness consciousness. They were totally unaware of their right standing with God. Through the years, God has revealed His truth to me, especially through the letters of Paul, for this was the revelation that he received and preached to the early church.

  Righteousness removes the barriers that are between you and God, and allows you to come boldly to the “throne of grace” as referenced in Hebrews 4:16. It is amazing to me how many Christians live in condemnation, especially when Christ died to free us from condemnation. As Romans 8:1 declares, “There is no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus.” That is the original Greek translation.  Galatians 3:21 is very clear in that if God could have given a law to make us righteous, He would have done it. As we see in vs. 22, there is no law or work that can save us, just faith in Jesus Christ. However, because of a lack of self-esteem, it seems that people would rather do fleshly works than raise their hands and give praise and thanksgiving to God for their salvation.

  My hope is that as you explore this website, God will free you from mindsets of the law, mindsets of legalism and increase your relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.
